I agree to keep confidential all of the names and status of candidates, portfolio contents and test materials received from the (NAIMH) that relate to the NAIMH Endorsement for Relationship-Focused Practice Promoting Infant Mental Health®. The test materials may include the overview description of the endorsement test process, the balance scales used to rate the vignettes, the sample vignettes and the review process itself as well as Parts One and Two of the exam. Of additional importance, I will not discuss the names and status of candidates, portfolio contents, test materials or the test review process with anyone outside of the NAIMH portfolio review team, test review committee or test review committee members who are appointed by my state affiliate or test review committee members appointed by licensed affiliates in other states.
This confidentiality statement will be kept on file in the NAIMH Central Office to better assure the integrity of the portfolio review, the test and the test review process.
